My Book Series is Published!!

I am very happy to receive the print of my book series on Early Detection and Treatment of Head and Neck Cancers (HNCs). It was my pleasure to co-edit these two volumes with my friends and colleagues, Dr. Dyani Jones-Gaudilliere and Dr. S. Thad Connelly.Volume I of this series provides a detailed overview of early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of HNCs, while volume II highlights an up-to-date overview of the theoretical background and emerging research that is impacting our understanding of HNCs.I feel a deep sense of gratitude to Emeritus Dean R. Bruce Donoff of Harvard University who kindly wrote the Foreword to this book series. This book series is dedicated to the late Professor Sam Gambhir of Stanford University, who was a pioneer in the foundation of cancer early detection. Further, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all authors who contributed to these two volumes; this project would not be possible without their contribution. Lastly, to cancer patients, my respectful and gentle gratitude goes to you all. As a part of our commitment to service cancer patients, I recently co-founded with S. Thad Connelly and Ryan Spitler an “Early Disease Detection & Treatment Fund” as part of Boutique Venture Partners to translate the most promising innovations originating from research labs. Through this investment vehicle we hope to continue improving the lives of our patients and loved ones to the best of our abilities.
